United States of Africa Consultancy is a professional partnership entity that provides services to funders, academic and research institutions, Health Organizations, Rural development agencies, and government and global institutions, who wants to partner with impoverished communities in the area of rural economic development, poverty alleviation, and health improvement.

Our services include connecting these agencies with communities in need by providing on-the- ground facilitation of the implementation of development projects in countries in Africa or USA- based communities as well as communities across the globe. We help organizations with project planning, facilitate intercultural communication between the agency and involved communities, implement aspects of the project in our area of expertise, provide project evaluation; train agency staff on diversity issues as they relate to particular project; provide capacity building training to local people; and provide post project monitoring.

We see ourselves as culture brokers in the area of local development in Africa. We bridge, link, and mediate between agencies of any kind who have intension to implement projects for African communities, for the purpose of producing lasting change. We work with African communities to identify development projects that would alleviate poverty or improve health and connect them to potential an agency that has capital to produce change.

We then serve as middlemen to “translate” the project in terms that each side understand and provide technical skills and training to either party to make project implementation successful. Because of our cross-cultural disposition, we help both parties to achieve their goals without mishaps due to intercultural misinterpretations. We translate the technicalities of project management to livelihood sustaining actions on the ground.
